"Hi not impressed at all we paid for meet and greet have the e mail to prove 7.50 the driver was meant to be at the airport he called me at 7.48 asking were the passengers were I had to check if the plane had landed .when I called him and told him the plane had landed he refused to come in to arrivals I then rang him and told him the plane had landed and the passengers were in arrivals by WHSMITHS he then rang the customers and told them to come outside by departures which they struggled to find. "

"Really great service from our driver. He messaged on the morning of the booking to confirm time and details. Arrived 5 minutes early. Car immaculate. Driver, Frozan, friendly and polite. Swift safe drive. We had booked a return. He texted to say he had arrived 5 mins before the return pick up time and was waiting outside when we left the venue. I would not hesitate to book again or recommend. "
